Project Objective

The primary aim of the project was to streamline and expedite the process of integrating new partners into the Ame marketplace. The prevailing duration of two months to onboard a new partner was identified as a bottleneck, restricting customer choice and dampening the marketplace dynamism. Additionally, the in-house establishment of partnerships was not cost-effective and demanded a significant investment of time and effort to ensure seamless operation.

With a vision to invigorate the marketplace with a plethora of options and to curtail the onboarding timeframe and costs, we embarked on devising a framework that would simplify the partner integration process.

Outcome Achieved

Post-implementation of the new product, a remarkable 100% augmentation in engagement and a tripling of purchase frequency were recorded over a span of three months. This surge not only enriched the user experience by providing a broader spectrum of options but also underscored the efficacy of the new framework in fostering a lively marketplace ecosystem.

Framework Proposition

The conceived framework was aimed at alleviating the hurdles for partners to join the marketplace. By doing so, the endeavor was not only poised to conserve time and financial resources but also to infuse a diverse and exhilarating vibe into the marketplace.

Business Model Insights

Our exploration revealed a predominant inclination among partners towards utilizing the marketplace for transactional engagements, such as buying and selling commodities. However, the potential for other partnership models, especially those accentuating engagement, was also recognized, broadening the horizon for collaborative ventures.

Mobile Mini-Apps Development

The initiative also shed light on the relative ease and practicality of constructing mobile mini-apps in contrast to fully-fledged apps. These mini-apps, essentially simplified renditions of native apps, were tailored to assist customers in accomplishing specific tasks. Their less complex nature expedited development, further bolstering the appeal for prospective partners to join the marketplace and contribute to a rich, user-centric ecosystem.
